euroHUSH standard panels are fabricated from high quality E1 MDF (black) and E0 MDF (standard). These panels are hard wearing and provide a resilient alternative to standard wall lining products making euroHush ideal for numerous high demand environments. Choose from standard MDF or plywood, or make an impact with our unique black MDF option.
Wall panels: euroHUSH wall panelling is generally fixed into position using conceal fixed 12mm split batten system as a standard.
Ceiling panels can be held in position by two methods:
Panels are secured to the wall using 12mm MDF split battens, which are screw fixed to selected vertical wall battens.

Panels are secured to the wall by screw fixing through the euroHUSH batten into the wall batten. euroHUSH batten is positioned over a Perforation and the screw head is hidden within the perforation.
Plan section showing split batten fixing
Panels are secured by screwing 25mm split battens to the ceiling grid, and also to prefixed 12mm battens to the rear of the panel.
Panels are secured by screwing through prefixed battens, into the grid system.
Prefixed battens are positioned to the back face of the panels, over perforations, and the screw head is hidden within the perforation.
Panels are secured from above the grid by screwing down through the furring channel into prefixed battens on the back face of panels.
Panels are made to the required size to ‘drop-in’ to any existing ceiling grid system.
