Moores

Inspired by the euroBLADE ceiling in CBRE’s reception in Melbourne’s CBD, Cunsulo Architects applied their own creativity in the design of the reception ceiling in Moores’ refurbished office.

The project did have budgetary restraints so europanel suggested using Polytec’s prefinished ravine as a cost effective alternative finish for batten which could still be custom shaped to suit the ‘figure eight’ shape of the carpet feature below it, still giving the reception meeting space a feeling of warmth and depth.

The ceiling was a ‘supply only’ project. The site measurements were supplied to europanel by the installation contractor, services drawings were coordinated into our shop drawings to incorporate all lighting and service cut outs to be done during manufacture which meant for a clean and easy installation of the ceiling panels when the time was right.
