3D Laser Measurement | Precision for Complex Ceiling Projects

Complex ceilings demand precision from the outset. Europanel’s 3D laser measurement technology captures detailed site conditions before fabrication begins, accounting for columns, bulkheads, façades, ceiling geometry and other critical interfaces that can influence the final installation.

Turning site data into fabrication accuracy. Measurements are integrated into CAD, creating an accurate digital representation of the space for our design and production teams. This allows custom ceiling components to be developed around real project conditions and helps resolve complex geometry and interfaces before they reach site.

Designed to fit the space. At 73 Miller Street pictured above, our team used 3D laser scanning and specialised software to capture the entire lobby before fabrication. The result was accurate information from site through to manufacture, supporting an efficient installation and precise fit for the finished ceiling system.
