Our Values

Passion
Social responsibility
Fair Play
Preparedness
Teamwork
Creative thinking
Continual learning

We value PASSION.

Everything we do is possible because of our burning desire to find a better way, be different, make it happen and put the team first, and prove that we’re with you – it is our passion.

You can’t teach someone passion, and so we’ve spent a great deal of time finding people that are the right fit for the Euroline culture. Today we’re a workforce of over 100 people and we’re pretty proud to say that our teams and their leaders are some of the most passionate people around, who are dedicated not only to their work but also to making a difference in our communities.

We value SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Euroline has never shied away from its responsibility to be more than just a business, whether it’s through our charitable events, workplace giving schemes or donating our time and hard work to causes we’re passionate about.

In 2012 Buildcorp asked themselves “how can we do the same fundraising activities but have a greater community impact? How can we create a situation where 1 + 1 could equal 3?” The answer came in the establishment of a charitable entity, culminating in the creation of the Buildcorp Foundation, which Euroline is proud to support.

The Buildcorp Foundation is a vehicle through which we harness the collective giving power of our staff, business partners, friends and families, through their time, talent, dollars or influence to make an impact in the community. The mission of the Buildcorp Foundation is to maximise the impact of our collective giving to causes and organisations close to the hearts of our people at Buildcorp and Euroline.

More officially speaking, the Buildcorp Foundation is a Public Ancillary Fund governed by an independent board of directors, with full DGR status. Since 2012 they have raised $5.5million and distributed $3.29million to support the spectrum of mental health support.

We value FAIR PLAY.

As a business powered by the values of rugby, fair play is one of the most important values we stand by. A fair play approach with a ‘one team’ mentality means we can be the best possible long term partners for our clients, our people and our community.

We value PREPAREDNESS.

Euroline is with you regardless of the stage of the project. Prepared to get in and pull our weight as part of the team, adding value and finding solutions regardless of the challenge.

From concept to completion and beyond, we will work in partnership with you to add value, provide options, innovate, deliver and support.

We’ve developed an approach to Early Contractor Involvement that is proven to mitigate risks and control costs, and for us, this approach has generated successful outcomes and happy clients across many projects.

We value TEAMWORK.

Great joinery projects are the result of great teams and great teams don’t just happen by chance. Taking the lessons learnt from team sports and grassroots rugby, Euroline builds high performance teams and prides itself on being a teammate you can count on.

Euroline approaches each project with the aim of establishing or cementing a long term partnership and this forms the basis of our majoirty long term and repeat client base.

We value CREATIVE THINKING.

Creative thinking is not necessarily the first thing you think of when you consider the stereotypical builder and we’ve been able to prove our difference by generating creative solutions to complex joinery challenges. In fact, the harder the challenge, the more attractive the job is to the team.

We value CONTINUAL LEARNING.

Developing a plan, using technology to collect meaningful data, embracing the ‘why’ and doing something with the lesson is our continual learning approach to safety, quality, sustainability and risk management.

Our management systems are designed to define, measure, analyse and optimise the best possible outcomes. An industry leader in applying BIM technology to our projects, we also use data to achieve unprecedented safety results and revolutionary quality management systems.
